A complete scratchbuilt except the axles which were donated by a cheap 1/64 scale toy truck.
Guess the movie:

Well it's not Mad Max, that was a Mack ;)

So it could be the overly cheesy 80s classic Over The Top :D

When I turn my cap around, it's like starting a truck...!

Or maybe Smokey and the Bandit  :D

Duel!
I am looking for the following Deadlands minis:  Shotgun Thug, Lost Soul, Cleaners, Railroad Workers & Feral Dead. If you have any of these minis, or if you are one, please send me a PM.

Damn good scratchbuilding.  I'm thinking of Duel, too, but trucks like that were in service in the US for decades, so it'll be a very versatile piece.
Back from the dead, almost.

Definitly Duel.

Duel!

I'm thinking of Duel, too.

Definitly Duel.

Hit, hit, hit.
It´s the 1955 Peterbilt 281 Conventional from the 1971 Spielberg flick Duel.
I always wanted to have that truck since I saw it as a kid, but I didn´t ever find a model of it.
However I felt my skills are sufficient now and my eyesight still good enough to build it from scratch now or never!

Finished!

David Mann called it a souped up Diesel, because that 1955 Peterbilt 281 Conventional was able to chase him at a speed of 100 mph.

Tremendous.  And, although the windows are reasonably clear, I still can't see whether or not there's a driver in there: just as it should be.

Love what you have done.
Very cool.
A great story could be told with the truck as the center piece.

And I thought it looked good unpainted!!! Stupid, stupid me!! Your paint work takes it from being good to great! The special effects boffins with millions of money in their back pocket to build these things, couldn't do any better!! Astounding!! :o :o :o

BTW where is the trailer from?
