Particularly like the grime on Cedric the Enforcer, and your whites in general

So nice to see Albéric with some paint on him  :)

I think its one of the most natural and subtle poses in the thread and I've been waiting to see him painted since you showed him back in May 2016.

I agree, lovely poses and painting (that red and off whites really work well together).

Any extra terrain or battlefield enhancements planned?

I particularly like Albéric the spearman with his relaxed pose - would be a great diorama element as a bored guardsman!

This one?
They're mainly Fireforge but with some kitbashing of other parts...

All the details are somewhere in the thread above, but to save you trawling through, in summary, all these five bodies are from Fireforge - either the Templar Infantry set (which includes a mix of foot knights and men-at-arms) or the Foot Sergeants set.
The spear arms, sword arm, and shields are all Fireforge from the same sets.
The longbow arms are from the Perry HYW English infantry set.
The bowman head in the hood is from the Perry Salute 2015 Agincourt longbowman freebie set (I bought a lot of these off eBay after the event!)
The bowman head in the Norman style helm with nasal, is from the Conquest Games medieval archers command sprue.
The other three heads are from the FF sets, although the knight's great helm has been adjusted slightly with Green Stuff, which is why it looks a bit agricultural  ;)

I have just discovered this thread and love it! I am just now joining the Medieval crowd and have been looking at the wonderful models you and other experienced players have put out to view. I can't help but hear the theme from Monty Pythons quest for the Holy Grail  in the background as I peruse this thread.... Outstanding!
I should be painting right now.

Thanks :)
They are a bit Monty Python I must admit. I think I'll do one with a missing arm for that 'Come back here! It's only a flesh wound.' moment...

Good luck with your own Medieval (or as in this case, slightly fanciful pseudo-Medieval) endeavours  8)
