I really ought to get my arse in gear with VSF. It is such a great setting... and I have looooooads of stuff. Oh well.

I love VSF but I've been painting stuff for two years and need a bit of a break.

Its the opposite for me, I've had a break from VSF and haven't  been able to summon the enthusiasm to get back into it:'(

Although some of the recent postings have reignited my love for it, so hopefully I will find my VSF mojo again soon.

Now that you mentioned it...I noticed that my ability to roll winning dice decreased dramatically as I grew older.

That aside, your various pieces are TRULY INSPIRING; this is attested to by my having to stop periodically while working my way through your thread(s) to slap some paint on a mini or such activities.
VERY WELL DONE! I love the Clockwork Gizmoes et al.

The buildings were all scratch built with insulation foam.

I wanted to do some re-basing this weekend. I was going to cut foamcore to size to use as the bases.
I decided to do things right though. I'm going to order some metal bases from Litko in the sizes I need.
They will be cleaner looking, sturdier and more in line with my washer bases.

Plus the Olympics, movies and general laziness have hampered my weekend.

I managed to get a little painting in this week.
These fellows still need some touch ups and basing.



I went for an all black look for the fellow on the left.
In person there's some subtle shading that didn't show up in this pic at all.
