Brummie's Empire of the Dead thread. Pics added 06/10

Well its finally time that i've pipped up the courage to share my painted miniatures on these here forums. Be gentle! and enjoy.

First up the start of my Gentlemen Club (Cloakstaff club at the minute) The rest are being painted.

A Criminal faction ( think Moriarty thugs from the Game of Shadows) Have more to add to this group again being painted at the moment.  I'm undecided on which factions rules to use for them.

Wulfen Jaegar Faction
I just liked the Yeti Hunter figures so decided to make up some fluff for them. Its a fair whack to read but if your interested its on my blog. Its also for a No More Room In Hell (1888 themed campaign I'm going to start. Rules being tweaked)

This is the English Bull Terrier nick named Bo'sun after a vote on my blog, facebook and some forums. (wolfhound) for the Jaegar faction.

There are more pictures of all of these and other things on my blog.  Have a look at the tags Empire of the dead and NMRIH 1888

Great stuff, I particularly like the gentlemen's club. :)

Great looking figures.
Really like Criminals and the dog.
Maybe each group could have a dog or other animal.

I'm very tempted to do that the only faction that has stats for Canine is the Wulfen Jaegars. I do fancy getting an English Bulldog. Perhaps even a great dane

So...just how long does it take for you to paint a single figure? It can't be very long with the rate you're cranking these little masterpieces out...

It depends usual a few evenings. But every so often I'll have a base (milliput for the paving) and undercoat session.

At the moment. I have a few foundry n'ver do wells undercoated. The Lycaon Faction, Cedric and the Ape man based awaiting undercoat. I just then pick up a few figures and start whilst ones drying do a bit on the next and so on.
