Marco (Riff-Raff) tells me my FT-17 has been posted

I collect the Chinese Cavalry this evening (possibly the rest of the infantry too) and i have cleaned up the irregular cavalry, characters and support weapons.

Home stretch methinks  :D

Gents,

I need help with colours for Tibetan irregular cavalry. I'm guessing fairly neutral colours/earth tones but pointers would be welcome

Thanks

James

Train? Thank God I don't plan to do any train.
However I want a railway line in my next scenario.
Still undone...
The only part of the (Trans-Manchurian) railway line I've already nearly finished is... a coal pile  lol

Seriously, that looks really well.

How are the RCW/Chinese coming on Patrice?

Assuming that you own a copy of "Setting the East Ablaze", Ignatieff's Tibetan's are prominently featured on the cover, and well in one or two more shots in the book.  Or at least that's what I am using as a painting guide.

My pleasure.  I am currently working on painting a dozen of them myself.   They've been sitting there on the table for almost a year and I am have grown weary of them mocking me. lol

So, as one colour-blind person (to another), what colours are you using?  ;)

FT-17 has arrived (and rather splendid it looks too) and i've taken delivery of rather flashy Chinese Cavalry. The rest of my figures have gone to the painting fairies ...  :D

Now, the FT17, the Chinese "four colour" camouflage system or a green/grey. Both, i think, would be correct. One would look better than the other and i suspect i know which you'll suggest  ;)

Anyway, a lovely model which is now based and undercoated
