I came across the perfect material for your trolley, and for wire fences. It comes from portable gas stoves... it's a very fine mesh that I picked up in a camping store. I was thinking about how you could make this on the way into work this morning... If you made a template that folds up into the shape of a trolley (like you make a cardboard cube in primary school) you could add a few more details with armature wire etc. I'm sure you'll find a way to put it together but I thought that mesh would have been perfect!

This looks great - very promising.

I assume this will be used to showcase your your Scavenge Skirmish Survive line?

Will that "pipe" be open for playing in?

If you have a belt sander and some time, you can just clamp the pipe in a workbench or workmate and run the belt sander along it until you achieve the profile you want. (Cue the noise, dust and required facemask!)

How many combinations are there for putting the boards together to create different layouts?

Looks like it is progressing really well.

Not sure about the giant bog roll, though.
That may be going a tad too far!

Steve,

You mentioned using a trolley in your sewer and so I knocked this one up.

Here is another shot

Effing brill.I would, though, solder a thin wire onto the upper edge of the trolley to make it look complete.

It only took ten minutes so I was just using what I had to hand.
