5. use "Blue Tack" to mask the white camouflage areas
6. paint the model with Vallejo 71.052 German Grey (airbrush)
7. remove all "Blue Tack"
5. use "Thamiya mask tape" to mask the camouflage areas of the wheels
6. paint the wheels with Black (airbrush)

8. add Decals with Decal Medium
9. paint all parts Vallejo Satin Varnish (airbrush)
10. user Filters P240 - Mig Production (brush)
11. paint all parts Vallejo Satin Varnish (airbrush)
12. make a pin wash with MIG P220 Dark Wash (brush)

Looks great!  I think the chipping on the Caiman makes sense as well, because the vehicle is being loaded onto and off of the Cormorant dropships* so often that sort of wear would be inevitable.  Likewise they are commonly deployed into urban environments, where once again paintjob damage would be inevitable.

*I've been trying to get the design of the Cormorant for months but the designer got hired onto the new Wolverine film right before he finished the design, and all his free time has been sucked into a vortex.   lol

Ah man! Well, hopefully we'll get to see it soon!

And kunzomat, thanks so much for the tips! and techniques!   I borrowed your chipping style for some Hammer Slammer's Old Crow Jeeps I am working on...

The pjnon the trooper is stunning. The visor looks great.
"The sword sung on the barren heath,
The sickle in the fruitful field;
The sword he sung a song of death,
But could not make the sickle yield."
