My Broadsword Adventures Playtest Board
« on: March 22, 2008, 11:16:06 PM »
For Thursdays playtest, I'm working on a 3'x3' board (a little larger than normal because I have 6 people and I don't want them crowded).

It's still a work in progress with some building left to do. The hills are makeshift ones that I had lying around. The final board I use for my Historicon games will have sculpted and textured hills.

Nicely done. And you don't see many villages with their own siege equipment either.  8)

The world of Broadsword Adventures is not an easy one. A poor town is one with only one catapult.

Very nice. :o  Nothing makes a game more enjoyable than really good scenery. I especially like the stone buildings.

shots of the game are always appreciated

Nice!

Since "The Magnificent Sven" in the early 80s, I always wondered when would come a ruleset able to handle the "the heroes fight to save the village from the raiders" kind of situation nice and swiftly...
