Whats the dockside cobbles bit made from and which company makes that sloped roof factory building?

The cobblestone is from the LeMax mat that you can buy here around Christmas time.

The factory is from Marx, but I think K-line reissued it.  Make sure you buy he one with the large door out front with no stairs.  It scales up much better to 28mm miniatures.
