Looking good Groove, could do with some bigger pictures though... my eyes are getting old  lol. Guess I will see them in the flesh tomorrow.

On the subject of Australian "westerns" The Proposition is quite a good one.

the buildings are looking good.

as for Aussie Western inspiration, Wild Boys has just started in the UK on TCM (taking up the time slot left by the end of Hell on Wheels). I know it aired in Australia back in 2011, but i've no idea if its been on in the US. I also remember some kind of serial drama that was on in the 90s/00s. it really didn't interest me at the time as it seemed to be day time tv melodrama, so i never really watched it. Google-fu tells me it was "Snowy River" or some such thing. probably not interesting televisual entertainment, but might prove inspiration for the setting.

Broken Hill's greatest Wild West moment came in 1915 when a couple of Indian Muslim (now Pakistan) camel drivers went berserk and shot up a picnic train outside the city.

With a bit of creative tweaking it would make a great little scenario.

I finally managed to get the third building done. Hope you like it.

I named my town Broken Hill after the town in the series "Flying Doctors" and I thought I would continue to reference TV series I like with all the buildings in the town. Three buildings so far. Anyone want to guess? ;)

I absolutely love the interior you've built on your buildings.  Fantastic stuff!

Right, building no. 4 and religion comes to Broken Hill. I've even managed to put a bit of a raised floor in for the preacher to preach from. I'm quite happy with the end result. :)

I've also got some furniture now from Frontline Wargaming so I'm not done yet. lol

Thanks,

Groove
