I know! I have watched it many times. I also have a large Boxer Rebellion Chinese army. This year the theme at Enfilade is battle scenes from movies. Guess I'll have to do the seige of the legations.

I travelled last year to China on tourism and I was thinking of the movie all the time. I was like 'look, that's where blah blah blah happened' or 'look there, where the boxers blah blah blah'. My wife looked at me a little bit oddly ;D
Yes, I know, the movie was entirely shot in Spain, but never mind, I was pointing to places over there :D.

Yes many wives do that when we talk about history.
It is not their fault: they believe that the present time is real. lol
