This project has been still for quite some time unfortunately.
The Starks are done except for a couple of foot knights, probably should get a couple more mounted knights though.
The Lannisters are the other way around, all the foot knights are done but nothing else

I've even bought and assembled a couple of Greyjoys 

I might just revisit this project soon, or at least snap some pictures of the finished stuff for you guys
