Hi!
As Suber said, I´m working on spanish soldiers at the moment.
Here are a pair of pics, still very WIP

Thanks Suber! Today I managed to do the boots and inprove the "armor" a bit but I had no time for more

I forgot to mention that I plan to let these minis cast and sell them to anyone interested in

Excellent, I will buy some. I'll buy even more if you did variant carrying an AK-47, because a basic figure in Kevlar helmet, flack jacket and AK would make an immensely useful universal figure.

Hey, that´s a great idea and it shouldn´t be very difficult to achieve! I think I´ll try it when I finish these soldiers...

While I don't want more 28 mm (selling 90% of mine off on Ebay over time) I have this weird want for Spanish soldiers from various eras so I would seriously consider buying some.

Hi all!
Thanks for the comments!

I wanted to update today with pic of the first 3 finished bodies but...

On the morning I redid the vests because I wasn´t happy with them...and then again on the afternoon...At the end I have modified the vests so heavily that nothing of them remains after several hours of work...I have to sculpt them again

I hope the changes will be for good though, but now I´m a bit sad that I spent so much time for no results

You are right, Suber, although frustrating it's better to change things completely on the early stages of sculpting than realise at the end that it looks weird/like crap

Taking a little break on sculpting though, while I'm visiting another fellow spanish emigrants through Europe

When I'm back in the Czech Republic I'll be totally fresh and sculpt better
