Even more pulpy vehicles:
'Angriff der Kreiselpanzer' - a german article about early tank designs with some great photos here. My favorites are these these Fiat-Carden-Loyds (besides of the zar tank of course)....

Hmm, I have to admit that I haven't even read the article - just enjoyed the photos....

As I recall they had good single wheel bikes in the movie Steam Boy.

I like photo 4/39, that is an excellent tank.
