Hmm something doesn't look quite right about these, but I'm no expert. They look a little small.

I found this on Wikipedia which might start to point you in the right direction -

The naval museum outside Lima has a series of nice displays of deck weapons.  When I visited in 2000 I vividly remember a 37mm 5-barreled (gatling-type) revolving Hotchkiss gun mounted on a pedestal with a big crank on the right hand side.  The receiver was all brass, and beautifully polished.

I'll now see if I can find a picture online, and check the dates of that weapon.

(edit) Dates are good, advertised for sale in 1874 and possibly earlier.

Here's a wonderful animation of the weapon:

You can probably still order 28mm miniatures of this gun from whomever is still casting the 'Houston's Guns' range.

Again, which ones?
this article
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naval_Campaign_of_the_War_of_the_Pacific
offers a comprehensive list of the ships involved, and there was a multitude of guns involved
some of the ships have articles of their own, complete with production dates and armament lists where some guns again have their own articles
also the book I linked to in the other thread has at least one chapter about the navies

the clip You posted depicts the
