If you're planning on 'Ordonnance' Burgundians, I was not able to find any reference to them surviving Charles, although the garrisons in Picardy and Artois must have been Ducal troops initially. Marie's army was raised under a fresh 'Ordonnance' and based on the civic militia structure and the old
Ban system and this Ordonnance was replaced by a further one at the end of the Summer.
