Ouch. But a "blooded" building or unit is always good luck!

That blood is very realistic. Is it a GW base colour with an ink wash?
The building is looking great :)

Really like the work on this!
Should be fun when you get that building involved in some skirmishes... 8)

Yes, it's a textured plasticard from Wills. And it looks great once painted.  I nearly finished the painting. I have to varnish the buidling, finish the doors and the windows and paint the furniture, the bottles and the mugs.

What did you use for the 'plaster' on the walls? Thinned filler?

@Argonor : Yes, it is. Directly from the box.

I'm not really happy with the windows, they look too metallic. I may replace them.

Perhaps a wash of black ink or thinned paint to take the shiny edge off them?

I have to agree with you, the windows are the only negative. I like the idea of the screen to represent the leaded windows, but I think this particular mesh is out of scale.

Those floors do look fantastic!

I've used aluminum mesh to to imitate lead glass but I eaither stretch it more open or used a looser 'weave' than you have. It looks good as it is but if it is a hangup for you that may be the solution.
