I started playing warhammer back in the early 90s with 4th edition and played through 6th. Ever since then I've had a hard time getting back into it. Recently I decided to just go back to the older editions I enjoyed playing. This log will hopefully help me stay focused as I work on minis for 5th edition plus mordheim and other dungeon crawl/skirmish games.



First up is a small unit of wraith for use with the old undead army book. Since I'm trying to get 2 armies done quick I decided to give army painter a try. I'm pretty happy with the results considering the time they took.

I have been collecting Undead since 4th editino as well.

I still haven't painted the lot though as I can't decide whether I want to go for flames and colours or dark and gothic...

Thanks! I kinda wanted to go dark and gritty but also have a cartoon type look that was popular in the 90s. That's kinda why I did the goofy rust on the weapons.



These guys are the first unit for a all metal dwarf army I'm working on. Most of them are Black Tree Design with a few GW mixed in.
