China Station Reference -Great Site
« on: May 18, 2013, 05:09:49 AM »
I stumbled upon this whilst looking for looking for boat fittings reference.
It is a website devoted to US Marines station in China with lots of Gun boat and Uniform references & pics.

:) Very nice find! I really enjoyed this.

May day would be perfect though, if there was anything remotely "zhe" same for the German colonies. I am aware of quite a number of websites dealing with German colonial history, but alas ... it seems no one is really interested in digging out really old photographs (possibly colored) of the "good ol' times" (Seebatallion in China etc. - not really interested in the over-used pictures of Lettow-Vorbeck and his Askaris in East-Africa... although they are pretty cool.). /rant off

Anyway, pretty good find that will be exploited shamelessly while working through the lead/plastic Himalayas ... :D

Great stuff and just what I need (having just come into possession of a dozen or so Tong figures).
Below is a link to my blog. It's the place where I write uninteresting things about little toy soldiers. I do this because I refuse to grow up and behave like an adult.
