Here are some photos of an adobe church I have just finished for my ongoing Alamo project. It will also be used for general western gunfights or even pirate games.
There is a detailed description of what it was made of and some work in progress shots on the Workbench board.

NO,only the bell tower has a removeable roof.

That looks as though it's come straight out of the Sharpe TV series. I could see the Chosen Men defending that one quite easily....
