Gears of War miniatures
« on: 18 June 2013, 05:07:43 PM »
I bought the boxed game for the miniatures mainly but I was also interested in the tiles. They are of semi rigid plastic like those from other games like Doom or Descent, not bad.
I bought it because I needed an alien race for 5150 universe by Two Hour Games and I quickly painted them to tabletop level.

There are a few more pictures at my blog: http://javieratwar.blogspot.com.es/2013/06/gears-of-war.html
Cheers,

Great painting, they look good all lined up. I got the same box but have not decided what colours to paint them in yet.

Cheers guys, I went on an easy and fast painting scheme to quickly get them ready to battle.
Here you have much better painted examples by other people: http://www.fantasyflightgames.com/edge_foros_discusion.asp?efid=244&efcid=1&efidt=617465 and http://boardgamegeek.com/image/1097271/gears-of-war-the-board-game
