Pulp Alley, brings all the best elements of a fun tabletop skirmish game together; I saw instant crossover potential. Spiffing great value

I'd have to say Pulp Alley as well(I'm part of the team, co-writer on Perilous Island). But I'd be a fan even if I hadn't been invited to help out.

Dave sent me a draft copy of the game around the time Captain America was in theaters. While I read through the rules, I could see all the various uses, not just Pulp. The rules could easily be adapted to Supers, Space Operas, Sci-fi, just about anything. Simple, intuitive rules were the action plays out on the tabletop, not in the rulebook.

Pulp Alley gets my vote.

4 of us in our first game. I was the only one who had read the rules. No issues & it was a hoot

Highly recommended

Pulp Alley for me too.
Dave has come up with a system that is so easy and simple but also contains a universe of diversity and possibilities. The game is so playable and so easy to pick up (and teach). The stuff of greatness!!!

That said, when it comes to my other favorite era: spy stuff - For me it's 7TV and 7ombie TV for zombies. Mainly because, for these type of games I think they really capture the essence of the genera.
Below is a link to my blog. It's the place where I write uninteresting things about little toy soldiers. I do this because I refuse to grow up and behave like an adult.

Guess I will have to take the plunge and buy Pulp Alley. I did download the trial version, so could use that first but I am pretty much an all in guy.

Thanks for the feedback!

If you're all-in you'll want Perilous Island as well!

The directors' cut, with extra monsters  ;)

And another vote for PULP ALLEY here.

IMHO the BEST pulp ruleset for skirmish wargaming.

Best wishes.
I know you're too old to play with toy soldiers. So give them to me... NOW!
