Fireforge Templar Infantry (box complete 7/21)
« on: July 18, 2013, 05:37:51 PM »
Again, these are going to be used in a fantasy setting but I figured I'd post them in this forum since they're designed for this time period.  These are the first 8 of the 24 figures that come in the box.  I've armed them with crossbows.  There are some viking bits thrown in for variety (and because I like them) graciously donated to my project by ducat and LeadAsbesto.  There are some close-ups on my blog.

Very nice-looking, love the color scheme and especially the period-mixing. You mentioned Lord of the Rings on your blog, but I could also see them as Stark troops from Game of Thrones, or even Middenheim warriors from Warhammer.

Nicely done.

I'm not normally a fan of Fireforge's style, but you've done a good job on them  :)
