Wow, 3 months! You folks are alot more patient than I. I'd have reversed the charges a month ago.
Does cause one to wonder though. At what point do we expect a company to stop taking orders when things get too backlogged? I recall that GZG has done this a few times for shows and such. When they can't fulfill new orders they let their customers know and stop taking new ones. I really appreciate a company that does this rather than accepting orders that can't be fulfilled in a months time.
On the other hand it seems that we view (and rightfully so) small mom-and-pop producers as part of our hobby community. We want to be patient when sickness or other difficulty strikes, so we accept long delays, etc. as we know that it is in difficulty that $ is most needed. Hard to know where to draw the line.
