Already done!! I did a test battle against a friend´s vikings doubling as (bloody) saxons. I won!! But as it was our first game, we made a lot of errors.

Black Tree Design late Romans. But the champion is from Foundry.

I'm glad to see the BTD figs get some love. I'm a big fan, and if you are patient and wait for the sales, their prices just can't be beat! I may have to pony up for some of these shortly...

A significant number of my Saxon army and my Pictish raiders are ex-BTD. If you are happy to accept the caveats about delivery, they are very nice figures.
