A WONDERFUL Creation! It's BEAUTIFULLY detailed & painted with lots of interesting angles to it...the windows are OUTSTANDING. VERY WELL DONE!
It's not my creation, it's done as an amalgam of two old (no longer available) designs by the Dave Graffam (but he still has newer versions of them with "Swan House" and "the Hovel").

I just added a level to the hovel and put an elevated board and another roof between them.

The way I transferred the templates to foamboard is actually easy but difficult to describe. If you want one, I can do a step by step guide with photographs of how to do this all (but I have to cast Fram's Korra first, sorry lads).

The windows and the door are actually two part each, copied with Instantmold from master models I designed via carving and/or sculpting (thank you CMON for this wonderful product). The door and all frames are just press molded from repair putty (Pattex) and the windows are cast in UHU Acrylic glue (they are yellowish translucent when unpainted). The roof and some boards are just broken or cut coffee stirrers. The interior ladders are made from coffee stirrers too, with the addition of toothpicks.

Since you guys liked it so much, Here are the other two pics I posted on my blog:
