Help ID a figure please

I recently picked up a figure in a bargain bin of a priest firing a rifle and I remember reading in a post about him - but can't find it now - and wondered if anyone knew which manufacturer he was from and if he was meant to be specifically for the Spanish Civil War period ?
If it helps ID he is wearing a long robe down to above his ankles with a peek of trousers below, has a small cross hanging from his neck and is firing a magazine fed rifle.
A Google search has not thrown up anything so any help would be gratefully received. Thank you.

As I said, IIRC it was a giveaway. 2006 at Crisis, IIRC, when Nigel had just released the range.

The other three figs in the pic above are two from the Legion Condor Advisors set and the Africanista officer from the Moro Command set.
