Roll 1d6 during move  on a 5 or 6, gain an added slow motion dove flight.... ;)

When your clip is empty roll a dice, for 4 or above you do not need to reload. On 3 or less duck behind cover and reload dramatically.

This rule would probably cause more reloads in a single game than the number of reloaded weapons in every John Woo movie.

I see this book is on Amazon pre-order.    Have a couple of Safari Ltd Chinese dragons that I've been looking for a suitable game to use.   I hope it has dragons (!)

Terrain?   HK does have its modern shopping malls, glass highrises, as well as parks and green space.    Also island fishing villages, at least one monastery, a large shipping port, casinos (in Macau)....

I'd guess most people would have in mind a "hard boiled" street look.    Plain concrete exteriors, exposed air conditioners, laundry hanging from windows--a lot of neon of course.   Don't forget the occasional McDonalds, KFC, or 7-11.    Taxis, double-decked buses.    You could look at Google Images for ideas: "Kowloon walled city", "Chunking Mansion", "Nathan Road", "Mongkok",  etc.

I'm working on how best to combine the shootout from the teahouse in Hard Boiled:

having watched that scene I would think that some sort of rules about never having to reload would be a good start.
Theres more 28mm Superhero Madness at my blog, http://fourcoloursupers.blogspot.com/
And for Ultra-modern Wargaming check out Hotel Zugando at http://ultramoderngaming.blogspot.co.uk/

Sorry nick , I guess I would prefer paying 30 pounds for a more sophisticated book as u and obviously Osprey  are cable of doing rather then a comic book that cost 12 pounds? Sorry. Your figures are superb , but I felt that in her Majesites Name was a complete let Down Which was sad because it had great potential. But that's my humble view and it's only toy soldiers at the end of the day. cheers

Thanks for the feedback. No offence taken at all - like I say, all feedback, good or bad, is welcome. By the by, I'm not Nick (North Star), but Phil Smith, Osprey editor (imagine Scooby-Doo-style mask removal here!)

Cheers!
