Hi Pax - the paints are mainly Vallejo.
Dark Prussian blue for the uniform and Oxford Blue for the highlights.

More Sikhs.  These guys are painted in the uniform of the 15th Bengal Infantry who were in action around Suakin and Tamai in 1885.  These Sikhs fought with distinction together with the Berkshires and a detachment of the Naval Brigade while defending a zareba (hollow square lined with thorn bushes) against more than 5000 Mahdists.

Thanks!  I forgot to add that they can also be used for DA, NW Frontier, WW1 and Back of Beyond! (well, just have to ignore their old pattern water bottles and rifles)
