Scuttlebugs. Cheap helo's for modern combat WIP.
« on: September 14, 2013, 07:50:12 PM »
Hello guys.

A few days ago I picked up some cheap helo's from poundland to do as some cheap modern helicopters. I thought you'd like to see the results.

I still have work to do on them. Hope you guys like them.

Are those the pull back and go ones with the bulky friction motor on the bottom?

Yes there those one's. They come apart so you can remove the motor and I hope to remove the box at the bottom in the future.

Thought I recognised them! Glad to hear it's easy to remove the motor. Might have to grab a few! Watching with interest.

Update. 19/9/2013

Greeting chaps. Only a small update I have removed the box's from all of them as well as the rear wheel. Unfortunately, they are now rather rear heavy. I hope to fix this with the weapon I will be attaching to where the front weel was.

Hope you guys like it.
