Dirk Drake and the Iron Menace - a Pulp Alley AAR
« on: 18 September 2013, 12:28:14 AM »

Hi folks! Played the latest episode in our little narrative campaign tonight, with George and Nick at the G3 club. This was every bit as much fun as the last couple and the story is really shaping up nicely. You can find the full story over on my blog - http://colourofwar.blogspot.co.uk/2013/09/dirk-drake-and-iron-menace.html.

I hope you enjoy this one!

An excellent AAR, and a very good twist with the new gang.

Sounds like a lot of fun, and something I may try for a future PULP ALLEY game with my friends.

Thanks for sharing.
I know you're too old to play with toy soldiers. So give them to me... NOW!

Excellent AAR. I really enjoyed the surprise twist at the end. Well done!

The Daredevils are all George's figures, but he tells me that Dirk Drake is a conversion based on a Westwind Vampire Wars figure (from pack GHM0005), with the head replaced by a Redoubt ACW head and given a Redoubt Martini Henry.

Oh, I would think the Iron Mask will the feature again, yes! ;)

Glad you all enjoyed the AAR! It was loads of fun to play!

Very cool! I liked the surprise ending.

Are you guys keeping track of you scenario rewards from game to game?

We do record the rewards and XP, etc. We've forgotten to apply them so far, but The Executive are the only league to appear in all three games so far, so there's not been much opportunity, though.

Sadly not, not even when I was living in Glasgow, not sure why. I'm up in Argyll now but I'd be tempted to make the four hour round trip for some Pulp Alley action!  :D
