Hello
My name is james chapman.
I have not played wargaming for the last five years and just got back into it.
I mostly played with warhammer and the odd 28mm roman and celts with the game the wargamming club i was with.
My other hobby is reenactment and i reenact first world war german army with the GWS german section IR28 Von goeben.
Does anyone know of any wargamming clubs in leicester?.

Well we also do prewar german army with the dark blue dunkelblau uniform, as well as early first world war and late war with field grey uniform.

We normally portray a unit of IR28 Von Goeben behind the front lines having a rest, but we have done battle reenactment at events such as detling.

Sounds interesting!Do you do talks about equipment and the livestyle of the soldiers too?It sounds like a lot of research but I bet it's very rewarding.
