Not sure about multibases, sure it's ideal for Ancient but Colonial.....I also wont make square bases but round.

Dom - We will see it with the Bari scenario. If I will get the Perry Mahdist order soon and get them painted until january, we will play Sudan Mahdists vs. brits. If not, maybe Bari. Any experiences with direct order by Perrys?

Hi Prof - Perry is usually very fast.  You should get your figures within one-week!  I have also placed another Perry order for more Brits one hour ago!!:D

Hi Tom - yes, the rules state that 20 figures, singly based, make up a unit or a tribe.

Rules, yes.  But people vary the unit sizes.  One popular variant uses 10 figure units.  TSATF works well even when units are not all the same size.

If you base your figures on ferrous metal, then you can use stiff pieces of magnetic material as movement "trays" to speed handling of massed figures.
