I generally use an industrial super glue that is available very cheap in a local discount store for everything but this resin was not too happy with it. I swapped to a two part epoxy but it was only standard Araldite as I have run out of my preferred J B Kwik fast set stuff. I don't have the patience to wait for glue to set

I do hope that is the little bald chap you are describing in the kimono as I have a onesie !!

What I need is you chaps to paint something similar with the patterns so I can copy them

In fact I was quite pleased with the colour and the fact it is done with just a single pot of green in layers and different consistencies.
