BMP-2D and T-62-D, the add on armour packages for the Afghan War. Anything from 1/56 to 1/50 would do the trick.

Added.  :)

Cheers mate! :)

Also would like to see 1/48 scale M113.

I prefer 1/48 scale as based minis look ok next to vehicles of that scale. Smaller scale vehicles should be based, IMHO, too but I don't like to base vehicles :)

Empress make a BTR-80A which is essentially the same vehicle and externally speaking almost identical.

Empress make a 1/50th scale M113 which should work as 1/48th is slightly too big.

I have several of the Empress M113 - they are great kits and also make great conversion fodder using the hammerhead from the zhengdefu LAV TOW (ITV and FIST-V).

While we're discussing wants - no one makes the Spah-Panzer Luchs or the TPZ FUCHS in 28mm (1:48 or 1:56).  For the Russians an ASU-85 would be nice as well (1:48 or 1:56).

The early marks of the M48/M48A1 would be great.
An M-47 with German style smoke projectors as an accessory would really be handy, as well as early T-54/T-55's.
Pretty much anything NATO/Warsaw pact from the 50's and 60's would be welcome on my table.

Look at the Solido M-47. Tracks aside it's a reasonably well detailed model. Adding smoke dischargers, grab rails etc, isn't a hard task with plastic rod and brass wire.

Carlos is spot on - the Solidos are very modifiable  -I used plasticard and green stuff to turn a couple of Solido Leopard 1's into Leopard 1A3 and 1A5.

I saw a bunch of them on ebay.
The tracks are really wonky, but they do have some really interesting tanks in the product line.
Are they a true 1/50 scale, or a more fit the box 1/50 scale?

1/50 for the AFV. You need to be careful with some of the smaller soft skins which are 1/43.  That's pretty much only the jeep type vehicles and they are usually labelled as such.  I have both Solido and Verem Dodge Weapon Carriers and they are perfect for size and beautifully detailed little models. From memory their Grant/Lee tanks is meant to be over-scale but all the stuff I have works well with 28.

Tracks are replaceable but it's amazing how much better they look if you just give them a simple spray coat of gun metal.
