For Kubla Con in San Francisco, a small dust up between combined Martian forces and the Prussian occupiers on Barsoom.

Wonderful stuff Sir. I like all of it, especially the floatships and the terrain :)

Thanks, the gunboats are scratchbuilt. Mostly wood and styrene.

The Martian ships have fantastic smooth lines. Really nice looking set up.

I use the Rampant Colonialism rules from Flagship Games with some VSF modifications I got from Mr Patrick Smyrls website.

Have you used new heads for the Tharks, or are they just the old Kroot ones with a good hair cut? I can't quite make them out.

Aha! I've just found theem in the "Mars" army gallery page. They look much better without the spikes!

I love the Martian buildings, the sloping sides give them a real "alien" appearance 8)

That's so cool. I've just finished listening to the first three John Carter books as downloads from LibriVox. It puts me right in the mood for some Martian adventures.

It'll have to go on the list, I think.

Excellent conversions as well, really well done.  :)

I echo Gluteus' comments about the buildings too, they look just like the mining colony in John Carpenter's Ghosts of Mars.

That's where I've seen similar buildings! No wonder they look "Martian" to me  lol

Excellent looking game - as we have come to expect from Skrapwelder.

Nice use of the Wild Wild West derailer tank and I love :-* the Prussian flyer - but then again, I would love it anyway just because its Prussian!
