post apocalyptic board
« on: November 07, 2013, 05:42:11 PM »
hi guy,

well after my brother "dinuovolui" suggetsted me becoming a member of this community - what I am now - I´d like to show you the very first board I made, which now owns my bro .
Hope you enjoy the pics.

It´s made of styrofoam, card board, straws etc.

best regards little brothers stuff

This is excellent work. The modelling is very "clean" and well done, but the painting really sets it apart - great use of greys, browns and rusty shades all blended into a very good overall effect.

Very cool terrain.
The place look miserable (but in a great post-apocy kind of way)
 :-*
I like the loose artistic approach to how you painted it all up as well.
And I love the vehicle thing!

Nice and grimy!
If you'd like an apocalyptic monster in 28mm, throw me a PM and I'll think it over.

you´re totally right it does really look miserable  :D I am glad you like it. Since I was a child and started watching all those doomsday movies I´ve been stuck on it and when my brain starts creating, no matter if I paint or just do modelling works, the most things turn out somehow like this stuff  :D

Very gritty, I love it. I really like the chariot looking defensive position.

Hey folks,
you might already know the defensive chariot, but a good friend of mine took the image and add another background - of course it´s digital, but I like it the same way.

best regards little Bro  :D

Toxic, desolate, irradiated, filthy, lethal... what's not to like?

Great job.
