My Chinese friend has already told me off for my poor writing skills...

Did you tell him that's the way it is with us westerners, we can't write Chinese to save out lives? Very cool by the way.

Very cool, I like the Chinese detailing quite a lot.
a mixture of quick parts, sarcastic humour, reserve, and caprice.

She told me off for writing crap like "I like tacos" on my other stuff. After that I had to bother writing actual slogans on my terrain on the off chance someone could actually read them and not think I was  total geek. ;)

Oh man, you know that thing's stuck down in a box right? *grumbles* Here.

Not sure if I said last time, but here goes. The base building is a Dust Tactic's Quonset hut with corrugated plasticard at either end. The chimney at the back is by Ramshackle Games. The crowd control barrier turned horse post and air con on the side is by Ainsty Castings. And the bathtub is by the user Dr H over on Dakka Dakka (PM him there for one, he has a whole Fallout bathroom set). The rest's plasticard and balsa wood. Ah, and the model used for scale is a Raider Boss made from a Brother Vinni power armoured soldier (he's back a few pages).

Sorry, I haven't been checking in here lately due to work / laziness. Probably more of that later. Someone over on DeviantArt asked if I could make an Enclave trooper in Hellfire Armour, so here we go.

...That leg is about as much as I could get done at work today. =P

Aye expect that to be finished maybe at the weekend or next week ...depending on whether I distract myself with my Elder Scrolls stuff / laziness. :)

I saw that Messyart made a Heavy Incinerator ages ago. May steal his idea for one of those for that guy. That or I'll cop out and just give him a rifle...

Very nice.  What are you using for an armature, there?

I've no idea where any of those metal armatures that I have came from. I picked up a few dozen second hand. All that they say on their tabs is "1998". Pity, I wouldn't mind having more. =/

This is what I managed with this guy last night. He still needs his feet done, tubing on the torso and the head to be redone (the Brother Vinni Hellfire helmet only really has a passing resemblance to the game's one). I started on an Incinerator, but its just blocky shapes right now, I may manage some work on that tonight (not had the time for models today).

They are brother vinnie's, a Russian sculptor who's post nuclear works has some very strong fallout imagery.

Check out his BoS and enclave power armour. All come in resin, and are highly detailed.

Cheers
Matt.

This week's being bored on the train WIPs. :)

A caravan guard / mercenary / heroic type wearing Leather armour sort of in the style of the first two games.

A raider wearing everything and the kitchen sink. ...Or what happens when you keep dumping random bits of armour on a model. =P

And uh, an astronaut. Yup... His M1911 fell off unfortunately.

No, I have no idea where that Hellfire Trooper model went. No seriously, he's probably stuck in a drawer at work. :(

So glad to see you back in Nuka Action Man!
The Girl in leather is my Favorite of the new stuff.

One question! I´ve a half finished Vertibird (the sculpted one) laying around. Are you interested in?

Hey, sorry man I haven't been popping in here much. I've catch a bit of your thread lately, and its cool what you're doing with the 3D printed stuff.

The original bird? Hell if you have it there then sure, I think I'd be able to scrounge up any spare Hind parts needed to finish it (or just have it as a wreck, probably get more use out of it as terrain). Fire over me the details in a PM and I'll get back to you while I'm at work tomorrow. :D

Still a lot of good things in the works despite not being that active.
"Peace" is that brief, glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.

Pictures? Yup. I suppose so.:)

The caravan guard, wearing Gecko Hide Armour and sporting some tribal tats (because I was too lazy to paint skin).

A Raider Tank. Don't ask where the ammo's kept or how he reloads.

And a lost Astronaut.

DELTADOG was nice enough to send me some bits and bobs (some larger than others...) there. I haven't had the time to touch everything in there yet. This Sentry bot seemed like it would have the quickest turn around though, so here y'all go.

And for Delta's own reference, here's what I changed from his original model. It was based on a Games Workshop Space Marine vehicle crewman by my estimate. I just redid the torso a bit. Pity I forgot to add the bloody cables between the legs.

Aye, and there's your lot. Now being painted is about seven Morrowind models, so expect to see those in my Elder Scrolls thread in like four months. =P
