looking for fantasy slaves
« on: December 06, 2013, 01:25:50 PM »
I might need a few male slaves to fill a goblin mining facility. Any idea of 28mm miniatures that would fit ? I need workforce, not the usual bunch of curvy female slaves I found by dozens ...  o_o

We have some porters in the works, though currently we are experieincing "technical difficulties" with the moulding.

2 poses of female, 2 of male. Nude b/c on Tekumel slaves are usually nude. At least, the fluff says' "nude" but really, I suppose, that could be a question of interpretation. Same as did ERB really meand Dejah Thoris was "naked" or "nekkid" (in the Victorian sense, ie showing a bit of ankle!)

Anyway, the basic figures are naked. plans to do versions in loincloths and kilts, just had some problems with the moulding and two need to be repaired. I can send pictures if interested?

They have baskets sculpted on their backs and the idea is to have modular loads that one glues to the top of the basket.

That might do it, plus a little bit of green stuff helps adding some fashion if necessary  lol
I'd love to see some pictures of that stuff ^^

The walking poses are the ones damage. The walking female has a slightly deformed right arm - fixable, I think. The walking male is a little more damaged. I specified pegs rather than slotta or an integral base b/c I thought it would be better if trying to use them with something liek a cobblestone scenic base. Of course, it didn't occur to me that the slotta tab or base provides some stiffener for the legs. So in both cases the walking pose legs were pushed towards each other. The female is less affected and easily fixed. The male was severely affected, and I don't know at this point if he is fixable. Or not w/o some major work.
