I love these figures, but I'm still trying to figure out what I would do with them – other than just painting them and having them look cool.

Maybe use them for Crom? I'm curious what other people are using them for…

I intend to use them for Tekumel games (and other Fantasy like Hyboria).

Also, I think a "Palace Intrigue" game would be cool. One faction has the palace guard, another the Eunuchs. The sorceress obviously summons/controls the Sedja (and possibly the ordinary snakes). The extras would be scattered around serving guests, etc. Any extra has the potential to be a disguised assassin (revealed at the play of a card?) in which case substitute the appropriate assassin figure. I think each faction should have a traitor in another faction. Random traitor, random faction. (This is from Avalon Hill's Dune board game...)

I think there is lots of potential for such a game.
