Pencil Sharpener Transportation
« on: January 07, 2014, 04:10:02 PM »
All,
IF I can figure out how to do it, there should be photos here of a Covered Wagon and a Stagecoach that began life as pencil sharpeners.

Nice work, Nick.

I just finished some of those myself and they are well worth the effort.

Excellent finds. I've had a couple similar - a modern submarine for 6mm and a deck gun pseudo 88 for 28mm. And well priced for such tough metal, I assume yours are metal?

Yep, diecast metal with a nice heft to them.

They are so cheap as well. I brought ten for $20 from a wholesaler online. Here is my take on the pencil sharpener wagon:

Brian,
Where did you get the driver?  That is the one thing I can't seem to find.

Forrest at Knuckleduster sells a variety of them.  I am not sure they are in the online catalogue but if you him a line he will help you out.
