Beyond a gulf in the subterranean night a passage leads to a wall of massive bricks, and beyond the wall rises Y'golonac to be served by the tattered eyeless figures of the dark. Long has he slept beyond the wall, and those which crawl over the bricks scuttle across his body never knowing it to be Y'golonac; but when his name is spoken or read he comes forth to be worshipped or to feed and take on the shape and soul of those he feeds upon. For those who read of evil and search for its form within their minds call forth evil, and so may Y'golonac return to walk among men . . .

Here is an eldritch demon (Reaper minis) that I painted

This wrinkly little chap represents one of 'The Children of Old Leech' from Laird Barron's story 'The Broadsword' (in TS Joshi's collection 'Black Wings Of Cthulhu').

Oh for @^&#$ sake! I'm having a hard enough time getting a figure painted in time, let alone match the painting standards, and now it's a bloody essay contest too!

It would appear that long-time LAFer Argonor is somehow not familiar with the attachment feature, and has mistaken it for adding a picture to one's signature. I guess he was concerned for you, thinking that you would be dragging that picture around with you like an albatross everywhere you posted.

Yes, that was what I thought - because the pic did not show in reply-mode, and I got a little confused when trying to figure out what number to put on my entry.

I've never used attachments - is it a method to upload stuff directly to posts?
