Hello all,

I am a new member here. I am a D&D and a Call of Cthulhu RPGs player and DM. Very impressed with Pulp sceneries and figures displayed on this forum and just started painting minis and accessories for my future games (Artizan and Copplestone Minis). Thanks to all for the inspiration, I just started making a Lockheed Vega floatplane (from AMT) for my 1930s pilot :-)

Here are two minis I painted :

I kit-bashed a "Shambler" together using an old (extremely) cheap Yo-Gi-Oh! figure.  I simply hacked off his arms, legs, (stupid) hat, and his cape.  I then used a bit of plumber's puddy to scupt a mouth (with toothpick teeth) and add some tenticles.  He then got a prime in clear varnish (plastic varnish, Krylon I think is the brand I am using now) and a paint with some yellow, light green and lots and lots of some "super thick" ultra gloss (the 'slime' you see dripping from his tenticles).

I am quite pleased with my 99 cent figure I made with my 2 year old plumber's puddy.

A couple of views of the nasty thing are below.

Just finished painting up a plaque sculpt I did for 4A Miniatures, it's 224mm from top point to bottom and 173mm left tip to right. Retails unpainted at £12 and is available from 4A Miniatures at their shows, check them out - loads of lovely miniatures sculpted by Paul Muller, Kev Adams, Matt Gubser, John Pickford, Adam Gayford and more!!
