Some awesome pieces.
Will there be a big kickstarter campaign?

Well, soon-ish.  I've very nearly started the KS campaign twice this year, but things were never quite right.  As things stand now I hope to do a small KS for the sleepy sentries & the sleazy merchant in February, then a medium-sized KS for some large critters next summer, then a big one after that for a boxed set with all the trimmings.

But I don't want to get ahead of myself, and I want to have as much done ahead of time as possible.  So I'm releasing things piecemeal as I can get them made.  I think I'm walking the fine line between "labour of love" and "small part-time business".

Very sound plan, I think. I'm really looking forward to any and all of your figures - they are great, and have all gone over well with my players!!!

In other news, the Lead Adventure Forum's own Shortscale Dave has finished his two terrain piece sculpts for me - an ancient idol of the serpent men, and a sphinx!

I should have them both cast in resin some time in January, I think.

The sphinx is in two pieces, the statue is separate from the base:

Lovely sculpts, match the look you've been creating.

Those are exquisite.

Are the pterdon type fellows available? I have an urge to put them straight into my pulp jungle.

And if they are, is it still a PM you issue to order?

Cheers.

Yes sir, they're still available - it's one pose with two different head options.  I'm still taking orders via email, so a PM works just fine.

Swamp Scorpions are moderately dangerous creatures that lurk in shallow waters around Azor. They're notorious for stealing fish off of lines and nets, and can be troublesome for boatmen. The claws of a fully grown adult are strong enough to snip off a hand or foot if they get a good grip, but they are still occasionally spear-fished for food. Large individuals are as big as a man, so the reward is usually deemed worth the risk. They taste like lobster!

This Eurypterid kit was sculpted by Jason Wiebe - the claws are reversible, and the body comes in three parts, so it can be posed however you like.
