Fantastic! We could really use some of those for the new Pulp Alley campaign we're writing/playtesting.  :-*

I'm glad that folks seem excited about this - it's reminded me that I owe the Pulp Alley folks a care package!

Some of my Forge of Ice critters might end up in a Pulp Alley book someday!

This isn't the best photo in the world, but I was 'inspecting' the greens (you can read 'inspecting' as 'playing with') and decided that I needed to take a picture of them all together.

These are NOT a set, they just happen to be the sculpts that I was able to get concept art & sculpts finished at this time - I have a few more figures in the pipeline, and concept art already finished for an occupant for the throne.

Also, I'll mention that perspective makes the things up front look a little oversized, but here's everything Forge of Ice is sending off to the caster next week:

1 'Swamp Scorpion' - Eurypterid, poseable, sculpted by Jason Wiebe
1 Man-Ape - two arm options and two head options, sculpted by Matt Gubser
1 Serpent Stele - terrain piece, sculpted by Dave Cauley
1 small cycad - tiny terrain element, sculpted by me
2 Lion Women - warriors, sculpted by Tre Manor
2 Azorian Lions - pets/partners/guardians of the Lion Women, sculpted by Tre Manor
1 Throne, sculpted by Dave Cauley (gotta get the throne cast in metal first, then the occupants of the throne will be coming... like, in six months or next year or something...)
1 tiny Pterosaur idol - treasure piece sculpted by Dave Cauley.
1 even tinier ornate bowl - treasure piece sculpted by Dave Cauley.

I hope to have them all for sale by Halloween!

Something else I'll mention - along with the lion women, man-ape and other stuff, I'll also be sending the Sleazy Merchant and his Sleepy Sentries off to the caster (as well as the alert sentries!).

I'll be releasing them via Kickstarter very, very soon.  Like, this weekend (barring catastrophe).

I have some large monsters/dinosaurs planned, and I know that I'll have to release them via KS.  But, I don't want my first Kickstarter to be a big one for big creatures - I think it's better to have a smaller campaign under my belt first.

I figure this one is pretty low-risk, what with the figures already sculpted & ready to go.

I'll post an announcement when the campaign is live!

Damn you! October is my expensive bills month. Looks like no lunch at work for me this month. Perhaps my beer money too...

The campaign will have both cheap and expensive options, as well as all the options in between.

Sadly, since I live in Alaska, international shipping will be a killer for non-US customers, but at least that's not exactly new or surprising.  It is a bummer, though.

Probably a bit of a killer for continental US customers also?

Nope, not at all.

Flat rate packaging is the same for anywhere in the USA, even Alaska (or Hawaii).

It's a killer on large freight (fruit and veggies are expensive up here), but small flat-rate packages are exactly the same.

Only downside is that it can take an extra couple of days to get there.

The service is just fine to the Lower 48 from Alaska....I just ordered some minis from Alex and they arrived at my homestead in the Great Black Swamp of Ohio in a most timely manner. No worries.

And fine figures they are!   :-*

Well I may have to do some serious saving for lots of stuff then to make up for packaging. Will all your range be available? Want one of those priestesses too.

Yeah, I'll be making (almost) everything else available as a purchasable add-on.
