Dammit, and I just tapped out my PayPal for another order.  Better sell some more stuff quick.  To the Bazaar!

Holy smokes - barely 24 hours into the campaign, and the Kickstarter is fully funded!!

I had of course hoped and expected that the campaign would succeed, but fully funded in the first 24 hours? That has exceeded my expectations!

I do have some stretch goals and additional add-ons prepared - I'll have an announcement on those shortly, but I want to be very clear -

I will be keeping the stretch goals to a minimum on this campaign. I am committed to delivering all of these minis before Christmas, and I don't want anything less than a catastrophe to get in the way of that.

(I can't stop an earthquake or meteor strike from causing a delay, but I can keep my stretch goals realistic and manageable).

The campaign has been fully funded!  More than fully funded - 169%!!

The first stretch goal has been unlocked, too - a shield!  Patrick Kieth will be sculpting it - he did a fantastic job with the Snake Priestesses, he's gonna knock this out of the park!  Shield design by Des Hanley - artwork by me!

I've also added a couple of things from my catalog as purchasable add-ons - the peafowl and the Queen of the Jungle.

Peacocks are just the sort of accoutrements that a sleazy merchant would keep in his courtyard - or his harem!

And the bird with the tail on display makes a cool treasure item/objective marker if you put it on an eleveated base and paint it gold!

Thanks to everyone who has pledged to the campaign, to everyone who has shared, liked, commented and supported.  It's meant a lot!

There are still two weeks left!  I can't wait to see how far this campaign goes!

Dumb question, but if we pledge and get some of the purchasable add-on stuff that's already in production, can you ship them right away or would they be held up till the projected December fulfillment date?  There's some stuff I'd add if we're getting it right away and that would help the KS pull in more money, but at the same time I can see it maybe causing postage issues since you'd have to ship an extra box that way.

If you want something that's already in my catalog shipped to you right away, send me a PM here or on FB, I'll have to treat it like a regular order.

As you said, it could screw up the shipping if I have to pay to ship two boxes but you only get charged for one.

Also, with the Kickstarter, you don't get billed until the campaign is done, and it's my understanding that I don't get the money for about two weeks after that.

I don't ship stuff until I've got the money as a general rule.  :)

Thanks for asking, though!

Oh right, forgot about that.  Fair point.

I should hope not.  Fine way to go out of business.  :)

I was asked a question about the scale of my sabertooth tiger and owlbear skin rugs - so, here are some scale pics!

The Sabertooth rug is 4.5 cm long (1 7/8 inches) from the tip of the nose to the tip of the tail, and the Owlbearskin rug is 5 3/4 cm long (2 1/4 inches) from tip of the beak to the tail.

I've added the lion women set as an add-on at a small discount (they'll be $38 regularly, they're only $34 if you buy them through the KS).

Now that the Kickstarter iis over 200% funded, I've got a free reward for everyone who pledged at the $21 level and above - a little lizard pet for the merchant!

Sculpted by Dave Cauley (the photo is of the sculpt in progress, it's not quite finished), this little fellow is overfed & lazy, but he's spiteful, too - don't try to pet him or he might take your finger off!

He's 20mm tall to the top of his head.
