Martin Jones - Reaper's own Doctor Strangebrush - has painted some figures for me.  These are the Entelodonts, sculpted by Matt Gubser.  There are two bodies and two heads, the heads are interchangeable so you can make up to four variants.

Drew Williams has finished the Okroi sculpts!

Here they are on 40mm round bases, next to a sentry.

They also come with baggage packs, so they can be used as domesticated pack animals.

I have many more pictures up over on the Forge of Ice Facebook page:

Nice work! I like the baggage packs. That's a cool idea.

I could see us using these in our Pulp Alley games.

They would also make a great chariot team.

Loving this stuff. Very nice. I can see the last ones being used (in fantasy for me) as some sort of foreign merchant of exotic wares.

I like all this stuff a lot - very exotic!  :)

Excuse my ignorance, but is Azor all your own creation?

That sentry is he one of yours?

And also I don't Facebook, so wouldn't mind seeing everything you have shown in this post.  :)

The Okroi and the baggage are brilliant.
I can certainly see a use for them as I intend to get around to doing a 'Lost World' setting at some point.
 :-* :-*

When do they go into production?

Hello Furt!

Azor is the setting I'm slowly working on - it's a Lost World, designed to be something that can be plugged into any campaign.  It seems like, in fiction, whenever the protagonists discover an uncharted island or an underground cavern or a hidden valley, it's full of prehistoric creatures, ancient ruins, and subhumans of some kind (usually, but not always, ape-men or Neanderthals).  I'm leaving the location of Azor purposefully non-specific, so it can be used anywhere.  Whether we're talking pulp (King Kong's Skull Island or Burroughs' Opar or Pal-Ul-Don or Pellucidar), Super Heroes (DC's Dinosaur Island or Marvel's Savage Land), fantasy (it seems like every damn valley or island that Conan wanders into is a Lost World), or even sci-fi (Carson's Venus!), the Azor setting should be useful.

The sentry is one of mine that will be released via Kickstarter in February - I'll post previews as it gets closer.

I've heard a couple of people mention that they don't use Facebook, so I'll try to get some pictures of my non-brand-new stuff up here.

My priority at the moment is getting my website and online store working again, as I am very much aware of the limits of Facebook for promotion and particularly sales :)

For now, I've had to limit orders to emails and PM's - clunky and far less than ideal, but better than nothing.

-Alex

Glad you like them!  I was a little afraid that they were too... weird to have a broad appeal.

I got an email from the caster this morning - he'll be molding them within the next couple of days!

Belgian - I do not currently have a working online shop.  For the moment, I'm just taking orders via email or PM.
