The last Saturday we played the Battle of Endor, in a scenario designed by us, for the ruleset of WEG Star Wars Miniatures Battles.

The battle of Endor has its beginning at the moment when the rebel troops, led by Heroes of the Rebellion, they have been surrounded by the Legion of Imperial troops.
However, in an unexpected move, the hordes of Ewoks make their appearance to disperseto the imperial troops, in a movement of distraction, gaining a few crucial minutes for the rebels

The heroes of the rebellion, along with the rebel command units begin deployed in
the area surrounding the bunker of the secondary entrance of the Moon Shield Generator
Sanctuary.
The Imperial troops are deployed making a siege to the rebels, having surprised them in
a masterful play of the Emperor.
The ewok horde is deployed anywhere from the Imperial deployment zone to the
end of the table. The Ewok units hidden in the thicket can be deployed in the area of
Imperial deployment, but not in the area of rebel deployment. The rebel players can deploy
the four units that start the game active, as well as having placed the _18_ counters of
inactive units, or in reserve.
C3PO and R2D2 will be displayed in the EWOK deployment area.

The rebel player will be able to put into play 4 squads of ewoks, hidden in any wooded area
(bases of forest or of tall Thickets)
The moment a unit is reduced to 2/3 of its total members, they will flee to the the woods to take refuge.
The rebel player has a series of Ewok tokens, which will have positioned in both the Ewok and Imperial deployment areas. These tokens may be replaced by the Ewoks units that
they must be replaced as they are being decimated.
IN THE SPECIAL PHASE OF THE SAME TURN, the rebel player may substitute a token for
a new full squadron in any wooded area or in dense areas in the imperial  or Ewok deployment areas.
This incorporates an extra strategy component for the rebel player, which must take into account
the limitation of the terrain, the layout of the scenery, and the battle objectives to position
the different tokens.
In this way, having positioned the Ewoks tokens well, can mean the difference between having
available units at the time they should be in action or having ewok units, available, although allocated in areas where there is no longer vital moments for the battle.

THE EWOK HORDE
No ewok will be conditioned by movement modifiers applied by the zones
wooded. They are experts in sneaking and moving without being detected in the thicket, thanks to the
skills of a hunting race, used to move unnoticed, the ewoks have hatched a
incredible network of paths between the thicket that allows them to enter and move very quickly
where other species, larger, would have difficulties.

C-3PO & R2-D2
They begin the Battle deployed in the Ewok deployment area.
Both must remain with each other, at a distance equal to their Command, or, failing that, their
PER
C-3PO is considered by the Ewoks as a deity. In this way, while C-3PO
is in play, no Ewoks squad with Line of Sight with the Droid, will need to make
MORAL checks, surpassing them automatically.
R2-D2 must be in base contact with base before the door of the Imperial Bunker to try
Unlock the security lock, which the Imperials have activated to face the rebel attack.
