Sullust is a volcano planet and Twil'ek is a rocky desert one if I remember correctly. No idea about Botha without looking myself.

Hello there Gents!. I've been trying to sculpt a little bit one of the miniatures that came with the EMT Jabba's Throne Action Scene model. I always wondered, since the RPG that this was a vicious pet. Later i learn, on Wookiepedia , that this ugly Frog-Dog was a sentient being ( DAMN You EU!!!!). In any case, the miniature ( cast in injected plastic needed to upgrade some of its features and provoque a nasty vision. Thus, i -tried to!- Sculpt the lips and the eyes, that needed to evoque more to toads' eyes, on the other hand, replicate the thin and vicious teeth was a complete nightmare....perhaps i'll remove if the results painted does'nt do the job.Sorry for the pic quality but Keep in mind that the miniature seizes knees height on normal WEG miniatures. i even thought  on replace the putty teeth for copper wire!!!!   In any case, Any advice of how to sculp thinner teeth will be welcome!!!!

Thank you Commander Vyper! After curing i agreed with you, the best option for the teeth was using copper wires.
Well, that's it.
I wanted to give some fleshy colouring to the lips in the internal side, but it was more complicated that i thought with the teeth in the middle >:( . it's not a  big miniature in the end. but it's been funny indeed!!.  ;)
hope you like it!

Again, sorry for the pics. My mobile can't afford better ones.  :?

Not easy with such a small creature but you certainly got the feel of it spot on.

Re: A Star Wars Miniatures Battles Project. Droids you're looking for.
« Reply #179 on: May 21, 2016, 10:30:45 PM »
Hello there again Gents!.
We've been play-testing a home made scenario for SWMB. i must thank my friends Miguel venegas Aka Criamon and Victor for bring me the opportunity of testing this scenario.  The Scenario is designed for 2 players and a gamemaster or three players. Pics by Criamon - the cool ones ;) )
 and miself.

In this scenario:
The twin suns rise once more on Tatooine, the hulky sandcrawler stops discharging their restless inhabitants with his merchandise, it seems that the sale of the droids  and other  refurbished findings will leave good credits.
The jawas have  stopped by  in a little  farming village to sell . Several droids and some useful parts for the moisture farmers.

Lord Darth Vader has deployed a complete battalion of Stormtroopes on Tatooine for recovering some stolen data. First informations among the deployed troops are pointing to some undetermined droids. Several Sandtrooper patrols are  searching throughout villages and scavegers to find clues that lead to the stolen Plans. They will obey faithfully the orders of their commanders, their mission is simple, it is believed that one of the droids  carries vital information  and must be captured at any cost. no further description has been done on the droid description what means that the stortroopers must check as many as they can.

Jabba the Hutt has ears everywhere, If the Empire is after the droids is worth a lot of money, it is the thought of crime lord Jabba the Hutt, and  has sent several thugs in order to “persuade” the jawas for getting as much droids as they can. The more droids in his clutches, the more chances for blackmailing the imps, or perhaps selling the information to the highest bidder.  though, sending Gamorreans can be tricky ...
