The altercation takes place within the limits of a Tattoine village in which the  Jawas have set a  trade camp. The camp consists of a   trade stand in the farmers' village, near the  base of a sandcrawler. There are also scattered piles of goods displayed on pallets . Among the crates and pallets, there are 10 droids, showed for any potential customer.

Obviously, the jawas are  neither foe for  two eight-man sandtrooper squads nor Jabba's "bargaining" entourage, but they are supposed to annoy any of the players strategy, by taking their droids under restraining bolt Callers and rallying to their sandcrawler. Additionally, a wide experience on rude relations with Gang members, Swoop gangs, tuskens and some farmers have showed the jawas the importance of hiding some additional weapons among their refurbished goods.
Thus, the jawas can search among the crates and Trade stands for some weapons that they have previously hid.
Finally, If the situation goes out of control they can recall a refurbished war droid, found long ago, that will appear in the Sandcrawler.

DROIDS LOOKING FOR FREEDOM!

Since the Jawas aren't capable of wiping memories, they put restraining bolts to all droids.
Restraining Bolts are small receivers that are attached to the droid, allowing an owner to bypass the droid's motivational programming. By using a signalling device, the owner can force the droid to perform certain simple actions. Typically, the restraining bolt forces a droid to activate or devactivate itself on command.

Without memory wipes, most  of the droids are still carrying internal baggage from a previous owner. Thus, most of their developed personality is still working effect, such as the original owner loyalty. In that way, the droids don't recognise Jawas as their new owner, but as slavers.

As soon as the action takes place (werther some droids are taken or not) the droids begins to flee.

Lovely thread. The creatures a few pages back are nicely done too.

Thank you mates!!!
In this Scenario the goal is to recover as many droids as possible and bring them to the rally points For which we used the skiff for the Jabba's henchmen and the Imperial command chariot for the Sandtroopers. The sancrawler it is assumed to be placed in the end of the board, for the Jawa rally point. having in mind that there are 10 droids, recovering 4 of them gives the battle for one of the sides.
While the Jawas begin the set up on the market, in the middle of the board, they have to carry the droids to the rally point (to the sandcrawler) using the restraining bolts' callers. It is assumed that any droid under the 2'5"radius template it is affected by the callersbroadcasting effect. but the jawas only have three callers ( one per squad)
As there are very few SWMB gamers, i tend to build three way scenarios, that could be played as two-players plus gamemaster, or three-way, inserting in the rounds a third party. (i. e. 3 initiatives, 3 movement, 3 fire, 3 morale, and special actions phase) This allows me to join the game as a player instead of keeping the gamemaster's role. Being you allways can decide either attacking a faction or other, pursuing your goal or counterfeiting other gamers' actions, funny indeed!!

Meanwhile the stormtroopers have benn equipped with DEMP guns ( wich emits an electro-magnethic pulse, disabling the droids main systems, Jabba has sent as maney enforcers as she can, for this scenario, the Gang Player had tow squads of enforcers - with some vicious pets, and a few Gamorreans. The typical  thugs sent to reclaim protection to moisture farmers, you know.

1st round.- the jawas are foreseeing troubles when they see the Imperials coming. Plus, the Bloated One's henchmen are disembarking form their desert skiff. More troubles.  Suddenly most of the droids run amok, fleeing from their captors.  We used the Scatter grenade deviation template to decide which direction headed every droid.
we marked the jawas which had the Callers with a white marker in order to clarify which ones could regain control of fleeing droids.

On the other side,  stortroopers opens fire among Jabba's gang members , but not a casualty has taken this turn.

2nd round.-
Some of the Gang members opens fire on Stormtroopers, and send some of the vicious pets among the imperials, hoping they will be too busy to shoot being engaged in assault combat with such ugly beasts.

Two of the Jawa squads have regained control of several droids - six in total- but four of them are out of range and fleeing of jawas!!!
The third jawa squad seaches among the crates some of the hidden equipment and find.... a gardeffi???!! Damn!!!

while Stormtroopers fires from their beginning position/rally point, a squad of gang members, followed by the gamorreans, are heading to the market.

third round.-

while  a sandtrooper keeps firing at Jabba's henchmen - and their vicious pets!- the second sandtrooper squad moves to a safe point nearer the market, followint the outskirts of the village.
The second Gang squad captures a fleeing droid on the opposed side of the market, while two of the jawa squads  heads to the sandcrawler with the droids. One of them attemps to find some more hidden equipment and find a jury-rigged flamethrower!!! Yahoooo!!!
the third of the Jawa squads awaits under heavy cover ( among the crates) to give a nasty surprise to jabba's men.

4th round.-

Some stormies have taken position on the South side of the vilage and are firing among the Jawa squad, which are heading the sandcrawlers with three droids under the restraining bolt caller. This is the squad that has found the flame thrower, but they are out of range for using it against the imps.

The other stromie squad is engaged at Hand to hand combat with the vicious pets Jabba's henchmen has sent to them. 1st war beats id down!!

There's a fire fight between the 1st Jawa squad and the Jabba's men in the market, while some others are taking the droid in their clutches to the Skiff!!.

fivth Round.-
The jawas who have taken positions on the market in order to hold position against the Gang members are engaged in assault combat by the fierce gamorreans.  What a bloodbath. luckily some dice rolling were bomb-outs!!!!

The fire fight among the Jawas and the Stormies rages on at the other side of the market. Finally the jawa uses the flamethrower in order to obstruct the path of the sandtroopers.  but the imps intercept to of the fleeing droids!!!

Meanwhile, the War droid the jawas sent two rounds ago is firing against the same stormies, hoping that a followed fire will take some casualties and freeds the Jawas, under cover, for heading again to the Sandcrawler

Second vicious pet Down!!, the remains of the Sandtrooper Squad  moves to intercept the Gang members that are carrying  the captured droid to the skiff.
Additionally, another droid it's been taken by  Hutt's men, at the market, besides the Gamorreans Butchery.

Sixth round!

One of the Jawa squad finally arrives at the sandcrawler, scoring two droids!

the second Jawa squad has been completely exterminated by the Gamorreans. The green ones are heading now to give support to the comrades, under stortrooper fire nearby the skiff, where they score one droid. And other in the way!!!!
The Gang members who were backing the Gamorreans now move closer to the third Jawa squad ( already engaged in blaster fire with sandtroopers!), but the jawas recieve them with a Flamethrower blast ( Squid BBQ!!!!). Additionally, some of the droids leaded by the Jawas are sustaining blaster fire, slowing them!
The jury-rigging the jawas made on the war droid haven't last enough, under stormie fire, has sustained several critical hits ( 2 in the leg, two in the body, and one on the head) Now, blind, and out of control, fire upon any unit, foe or friend!!!

Also the Sandtroopers Scores two!

Out of time! time for conclusions.

Although the jawas are the weakest faction, their goal isn't to overcome the other two factions. They have to be played as an annoiyance for the Imps and the scum faction. They have a better initial set- up and its a race to the sandcrawler, while trying to get as many droids as the can in the way.

The hidden equipment brings them some interesting resources and firepower, and we  agreed to roll each time a found weapon were used by jawas ( making evident that the weapons are in bad condition, jury-rigged, or refurbished) in order to see if the weapon's got depleted, or malfuction, at a50% chance on a 6D.
The war droid was the real hope for the jawas, but the stormtrooper player has got a real good rolling round, and caused it such damage that the droid went blind, slow, and too far from the stormies to use the auto-destruction program ;)

As usual, we run out of time and we felt that in two more round we'd have seen which faction, Imp or Scum, would have won, by scoring more droids, or by counterfeiting  the rival actions.

Very happy with the Scenario, a few details to correct, but the general idea works.

we probabbly upload when edited at the SWMB Yahoo group, just in case someone wants to take a look. Obvously any feedback will be welcome!
Regards, gents!.
